This product targets over 500 cancer-related genes, including key biomarkers relevant to immuno-oncology, such as microsatellite instability (MSI) and tumor mutational burden (TMB). It supports both DNA and RNA analysis from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissues and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) from blood plasma. The assay facilitates high-throughput processing, accommodating up to 192 samples per run, and is compatible with automated workflows to streamline the research process. The TruSight Oncology 500 is instrumental in identifying biomarkers that can guide personalized cancer immunotherapy and enhance the understanding of tumor genomics.
